INFORMATION ACCURANCY : It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure we are provided accurate reservation information including but not limited to: (pickup location, flight time for arrivals or departures, flight numbers, originating flight city, contact phone number (including cell phone number for airport arrivals), destination locations and valid credit card information for method of payment). Lake Limo is not responsible for missed flight or missed shuttle pickups due to inaccurate information provided. Therefore, there will be no refund or credit given in such cases.
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards, Cash or Local Check; all reservations require a credit card on file to reserve a seat or vehicle (No Exception). Credit card payments will be charge day before pickup. Cash/check payments are due day of service at time of pickup. If cash customers does not pay driver then credit card on file will be charge. If credit card declines or cannot be processed and passenger does not pay cash at time of pickup then service will be denied and no transport service will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO EATING OR DRINKING ALLOWED IN OUR VEHICLES. If a passenger chooses to eat, drink or has an accident that requires extra cleaning of the vehicle; a $50 cleaning fee will be charge to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation cancellation must be received no later than 10am the day prior to scheduled pickup. All reservations cancelled after 10am will not be eligible for a refund. Reservations cancelled between 10am but before 9pm day prior will receive credit toward future travel good for 1 year from date of cancellation. Reservations cancelled same day of travel are not eligible for refund or credit. Reservations with discounts applied will not receive discount if any portion of the trip is cancelled.
DELAYS - We will do our best to accommodate your needs
however, it is beyond our control and
REFUND POLICY - No Refund will be issued for reservations using credit card once credit card is charged. If you cancel your reservation within our cancellation policy terms then a credit for full shuttle price will be issued and will be good for one year from date of cancellation. Cash customers that are marked as NO SHOW will not be eligible for credit.
SHUTTLE AVAILABILTY - All shared-shuttles are scheduled three days in advance, any shared shuttle that has only 1 passenger booked will not be scheduled. If a passenger is booked for a cancelled shared shuttle they will be moved to the closest available scheduled shuttle that meets their travel needs. If there is no shared shuttle available we will offer either an off-shuttle or private vehcile service at an additonal cost.
PLEASE NOTE for CASH PASSENGERS: Cash customers that do not provide a valid credit card will not be scheduled on any shuttle. Cash only customer are encouraged to call in advance to determine what shuttle are available. Any regular scheduled shuttles that have single passenger will not be scheduled. Passenger wanting to pay with cash or check can prepay by coming to our office or mailing check or money order to us in advance. Cash passengers can pay driver day of service round trip provided they are not the only passenger for that shuttle service and Shuttle Availability policy does not apply.
SCHEDULED SHUTTLE TIMES - Are set and need to be on time, If passenger is not at the designated pickup location at their scheduled pickup time shuttle will not wait and passenger will be marked as a "NO SHOW". No refund or credit will be given, if passenger reschedules they will incur the full shuttle rate.
DEPARTURES - Pickup time given at time of reservation are approximate and will receive a call the day before scheduled pick-up to confirm reservation and give the exact time of pick-up. All departures are scheduled to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the departure times, but no less than 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to departure times except during holidays when traffic and airport security is heightened.
PLEASE NOTE: we will make every attempt to reach the passenger to confirm exact pickup time the day before pick, however, if we are unable to reach passenger either by phone, voicemail or email and passenger misses the scheduled pickup there will be no refund or credit given. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify their exact pickup time the day prior to pick up.
ARRIVALS - Will receive a call the day before scheduled pick-up to confirm reservation. It is the passenger's responsibility to call and notify us of any delays or cancellations as soon as possible by calling 800-448-2808. If scheduled pickup time is missed, we will put passenger on the next available scheduled shuttle, this may cause extended wait times and/or additional cost. There is no refund or credit for missed shuttles.
Lake Limo Shuttle is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, please take the time to ensure you have all your belongings when exiting the vehicles. If we are asked to ship or mail any items left behind the shipping cost plus handle fee will be charge to credit card on file..
